How long is a USPS First-Class Mail International from north carolina to toronto supposed to take?

I am from Toronto, Canada and I ordered an item from Ebay. The item was accepted and processed through the sort facility on Jan. 28. It is Feb 2nd, and I haven’t received the item yet. I am wondering about the average number of days it should take, because the USPS tracking system does not indicate the arrival date.

It depends what service they used to send it. You need to keep in mind that customs between the US and Canada can easily take a week and a half to two weeks on its own, and the horrible weather most of us have experienced lately is going to slow things down even more. Just be patient, it’s on its way!
